Free Delivery: Courier delivery is free of charge to your area, unless otherwise stated at checkout for specific heavy items or remote regional zones.
Delivery Schedule: Deliveries take place Monday to Friday during standard business hours. Our courier partners do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
Dispatch Timeline: Once your order is physically received and verified at our facility, we aim to securely pack and dispatch it within 24 hours.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
OutdoorDirect operates as an online retailer. Items may be dispatched from our main premises or sourced directly from supplier warehouses upon payment confirmation. Your delivery timeline depends on the stock status of your items:

- We will immediately request an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) from our official local supplier.
- Our team will keep you updated on the expected arrival date.
- Please note that global manufacturing conditions and local logistics may occasionally introduce delays beyond our control.
