1. Pricing and Errors

Price Changes: Prices on the OutdoorDirect website are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, fuel price increases, or unforeseen economic circumstances.

Errors and Omissions Excepted (E&OE): We take great care to ensure all pricing and product information is accurate. However, inadvertent technical or human errors may occasionally occur.

Inadvertent Pricing Errors: In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), OutdoorDirect is not obligated to supply a product displayed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error. In such cases, we will notify you immediately, cancel the affected order, and issue a full refund without delay.

2. Stock Availability and Sourcing

Online Store: OutdoorDirect operates as an online retailer. Not all listed products are held in stock at our premises at all times.

Supplier Sourcing: Certain products are warehoused with our suppliers and will be ordered upon confirmation of your payment. Availability is subject to supplier delivery timelines and manufacturing conditions.

3. Shipping and Delivery

OutdoorDirect partners with The Courier Guy for all deliveries.

Delivery Charges: Courier delivery is free of charge to your area unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delivery Schedule: Deliveries take place Monday to Friday during standard business hours. No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.

Dispatch Timeline: Once stock is received at our facility, we aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours.

Estimated Delivery Timelines:

Please Note: If a supplier is out of stock, we will request an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) and keep you updated. Global manufacturing and logistics conditions may occasionally affect these timelines.
